Christmas Houseparty
23 - 27 December 2013
Venue to be confirmed
Our 2012 event, VegiVentures' 22nd Christmas celebration, took place in a medieval palace in Cambridgeshire, England. Buckden Towers was the seat of the bishops of Lincoln from approximately 1186 - 1838. It is an historic and romantic setting, with easy access from anywhere in the UK. Catherine of Aragon lived here after her divorce from Henry VIII, and many other famous people have lodged at Buckden. Set in 14 acres of private grounds with a lake and perimeter walk, it is surrounded by the little village of Buckden. There were approx 40 guests. Both traditional and creative events were organised, from carol singing to baloon modelling! A big THANK YOU to all participants.
We may return to Buckden Towers in 2013. Watch this space!
