Easter Creativity Break

This weekend is based on skill sharing, which means that the possibilities are very wide. This is an opportunity to learn in a spirit of ease and laughter; a time to encounter and explore exciting new experiences. It is also an excellent opportunity for budding workshop leaders to share their skills and gain valuable feedback. If you do not have a skill to share, that's fine, please just come as a participant. The venue is in a beautiful rural setting, and surrounded by private woods and gardens. Unstone Grange has 2 comfortable group rooms with log fires. On our previous Creativity Weekends, skills offered have included: drama, music, drawing, yoga, crafts, storytelling, writing, shiatsu, therapies, cooking, botany, jiving, singing, circle dancing, permaculture, feng shui, organic gardening... Macrobiotic Summer Gathering

This is a friendly family event with the emphasis on simplicity and participation. It is open to all, and an opportunity to meet and hear some of the UK's leading macrobiotic teachers...
